Gun

Darik the Dalek has a gun capable of firing out compressed gas at whoever it yells 'You will be exterminated' to. That means the gun has to be pretty heavy weight steel and reinforced at the head and back.

There's a huge amount of work here. But, I only recorded three a few pictures. Anyway, I'm not going into great detail! The Gun has 6 wire 'barb's that run from the top to the bottom of the gun all the way around. Got steel pins and bent them into shape.

Built the gun according to specifications (pipe cutters to the fore). Connected end and front pipes. Drill out the positions at the head and foot of the gun

Connected up the rods into the holes accordingly

Next, cleanup on the strip contacts to the gun and the gun hole itself so that all the pins are welded in. Dont want the gun coming apart!

Now, for a bit of a cleanup, again, aiming for the battle look
