Seems that the collar sits fine over the front but is not at the back . The best result is to cut out / chamfer the back left and right so that the collar goes at the back. Little point in moving the front of the shoulders back since if that happens it looks far worse at the front. Putting spacers on the top of the skirt would be a problem also since the top of the skirt would then be visible under the collar - not good! - Thoughts? Drop me a mail!
